Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item and are only available on items that are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition. Requests initiated after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

If you’d like to make a return, please send us a message at info@SchoolBuddyStory.com to start the return. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to start the process. The complete set including the School Buddy stuffie and activity book must be returned unused. The customer will be responsible for return
shipping fees.

It may take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received and found in the required new and unused condition. Unfortunately, any product received that is not in new condition will not be refunded. If the customer chooses to keep the product, they will be responsible for the cost to send it back to them.
